One of the best features of this neighbourhood is the close proximity to the Bow River, Lindsay Park, and numerous restaurants and shopping facilities. Cliff Bungalow has an outstanding walk score of 85 and Mission has a walk score of 76, making them two of the most walkable communities in Calgary.
Cliff Bungalow and Mission are only a stones throw away from Calgary’s vibrant night life including 17th Avenue and the Beltline. It is home to well-loved events such as the 4th St. Lilac Festival, which is Calgary’s largest street festival.
